We are friendly and approachable from the very first phone call, to end conclusion of  project, and we always make sure that we tidy up after completion of a job.  We offer a no-obligation site survey and provide a detailed quote for your project.

Here at MYelectrical-Renewables we work hard to make sure that we provide a high level of customer service.  We have been awarded a range of industry accreditations which show our commitment to the industry and our customers.

The Microgeneration Certification Scheme is a nationwide, industry-led certification scheme, which demonstrates the quality and reliability of approved products and installation companies.  Being MCS certified demonstrates to your customers that you install/manufacture to the industry-expected level of quality every time. MCS gives you a mark of quality which provides assurance.

The Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) helps consumers to have the confidence to choose a reliable company to deal with when considering the purchase of small scale renewables. Membership of the Code shows that a company is committed to complying with the Code’s high standards of consumer protection.

National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT) is one of the leading Government authorised and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operators in the building services and fabric sector. NAPIT registered installers are:
  • Able to complete work safely and to legally required standards
  • Regularly assessed to provide assurance of their ongoing competence
  • Capable of working to the very latest health and safety regulations
  • Able to provide you with the necessary certificates to demonstrate the regulatory compliance of the work they do.

Our NAPIT accreditation covers our Solar PV & Electrical work.

Trust Mark

TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme covering work a consumer chooses to have carried out in or around their home.  When a consumer uses a TrustMark Registered Business, they know they are engaging an organisation that has been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards, and has made a considerable commitment to good customer service, technical competence and trading practices.

National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting NICEIC Approved Contractors are assessed to the highest standards covering all types of electrical contractors and installations.  NICEIC Covers:

Safety and competence

Contractors registered by NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the scheme.

Compliance with building regulations

Contractors are authorised to self-certify their work to the Local Building Control Body. This saves you both time and money when undertaking work that requires notification under the Building Regulations.

Complaints Procedure and Platinum Promise

We expect all NICEIC registered contractors to provide a quality service to their customers. We stand behind the quality of NICEIC registered contractors and we believe that as a consumer you should have peace of mind.

Our NICEIC registration covers our heating installation work.

National Warranties

An insurance backed guarantee provides valuable consumer protection for homeowners and increases customers confidence that the installer is reliable and trustworthy.

Although a workmanship guarantee sets out the installing contractors obligation to rectify defects in the installation carried out, unfortunately this does not guarantee that they will always be around.

The purpose of an insurance backed guarantee is to honour the terms of the installing contractor’s own guarantee, where unfortunately the installing contractor has ceased to trade and is therefore unable to satisfy remedial claims made against their workmanship guarantee.

Should a homeowner find themselves in this unfortunate situation, they can claim against the insurance backed guarantee should there be a defect with the workmanship and the installing contractor has ceased to trade.
